Underpinning in Box Hill

Common signs include stepped cracks running through brickwork, cracks around window and door frames, gaps where walls meet ceilings, and doors that no longer close properly. Underpinning strengthens or extends the footings so the house is supported on firmer ground again. It stops the movement that causes the cracking.
